I was very disappointed with the level of service and the way in which they respond to any question. Thai s are known for their hospitality and I respect them so much, but this hotel is a real shame. Since I had booked the hotel for 5 days and paid the entire amount, I did not want to cancel the room. If I had a choice I would have left the hotel the day i checked in.

The hotel is centrally located in entertainment district. A bit faded from its former glory, the accommodations are suitably clean and in good repair. The staff were all very helpful and efficient. Wi-fi was free which is essential for my travels. Great special room rate for time of year and with recent flooding. I d return at this rate and for this service. Ciao.

We arrived 1 day earlier than our booking, the hotel refused to change the booking we even offered to pay additional cost. They insisted that we pay for a new booking at the rack rate.
We refused and booked into the Grand President instead.

The check-in process was a little painful (as there were not enough staff) and we didnt even get the room we reserved! They said it was already given to someone else so we had to upgrade our room by paying extra. The new room was with a good view but the additional charge was not necessary.

An overall nice hotel, good location, nice pool. What was not so good was that my safety box was out of order, I asked for someone to fix it for me. After all, I have paied for it and it s a matter of security. I was promissed that the safety should be fixed the same afternoon, never happend. I have been in Thailand a number of times and know that it is to no use to get upset. However, I hold the Ambassador to be of higher standard.

Nice big hotel close to Sky Train, about 3 minutes walk. We got there at 07.00 am and there was no problem getting an early check-in, and no extra charge! Breakfast is good, lots of choices... pool area is ok!

The hotel is very nice and clean, and the people working there are very good. The breakfast buffet is great. However, for the higher price paid for a room there, it is not worth it. I could have had just as nice a place for less money.

Hi.... Being my first trip to Bangkok I had a wonderful experience over there. It was mainly due to the hotel that I stayed in. Located in a very good location. The hotel is just excellent. I got to book my rooms in the One Night offer. If the offer is not there it is a bit expensive but whenever the offer is there I will stay only in the Ambassador. I am not even thinking of going somewhere else. The staff are all very very friendly. Each and every aspect of the hotel satisfied me above expectations. I will definitely stay there in future and also recommend to my friends.A very very big thank you for making my stay pleasurable.... Cheers
