they have an around 14 ℃ refrigerator ??? drawer??? telling that we are not allow to bring food and drinks into their hotel. how about the foods and drinks they provided in that so call refrigerator. hot beer??? hot cola??? if you want ice, paid please! and they have no clear instrutions about their flashlight, stupid traveller as me, just think why my room so dark? till almost my last nite of stay, it suddenly become bright...... i realized that every time i press the master button, it become darker and darker, at the end become bright again!

Great location on Sukhumvit Road, close to lots of cafes, bars and places to eat. Beautifully decorated rooms, quiet and good showers and bathtub! Pool area was a great place to chill out from the hassles of Bangkok. Free wifi, breakfast good with choice of western/Asian foods. Would stay here again although suspect their rates will increase once it becomes better known.

Hotel is very nice and good breakfest.
Very disapointed with the security service at the front. Was outside with my wife waiting for the taxi on the evening. When the taxi arrived, the hotel security open the door for us and then, before he closed the door, start to begg for money. He repeated 3 times MONEY to me and then slap the door..

I’ve been travelling to Bangkok for longer than I care to remember and tried the Amora NeoLuxe Hotel on the recommendation of a friend since my usual hotel was under extensive refurbishment. This establishment is probably the most underrated in the entire Bangkok hotel estate......in my opinion it is an absolute gem. Its design is in the boutique style with compact rooms but with sufficient space. The interior fixtures & fittings are to a very high standard especially the bathroom. My room included a wall mounted 40” flat TV, a sound system and free internet connection that all functioned correctly. The daily rate includes a good and well presented full buffet breakfast. Room service is available up to 23.30 with an adequate menu that would meet most requirements. The staff were efficient with a friendly & helpful attitude who had all been well coached in the “land of smiles” technique. To give balance to this review there were two minor negatives. The first being a tardy statement in the hotel facilities pamphlet that declared that outside food & beverages could not be consumed in the rooms.......this is quite unnecessary and a PR faux pas. The second negative was the unavailability of porter service on departure due to “other duties”. Neither of these negatives were of any real significance and did not cause concern. I recommend the Amora NeoLuxe Hotel with its sensible rates, good central location and excellent facilities........give it a try.

New hotel very nice no complaints. It seems it is getting a bit more expensive. I paid about 30 euro with breakfast. It has only been open a couple of months.

Great hotel a tad out of the way but a really nice and comfortable stay. I only intended to stay one night but I enjoyed it so much I stayed and extra two nights. There seems to be a recurring problem with the Wi-Fi but the staff sorted it out and provided a LAN cable in case of future problems. Other than that, I ve nothing but positive comments and happy memories.
