Accommodation and facilities:
Location is perfect. Smack in the middle of all the major shopping centres.
I understand that this hotel is not new, but when i was there, the overall outlook is alright
The staff is also very helpful n efficient.
Only thing is the cafe is not big enough, thus it s very crowded.
Overall, good experience. I ll definately come back again.

Actually the facilities are not that good as the hairdryer is not working well with very low hot air. Also, the switch socket to charge my handphone battery is loose... Room #1214. Overall, not bad and accessible to nearby shopping centers and walking distance.

I first stayed at Arnoma Hotel in 1999. Service is reasonably good. Amenities and facilities as expected of a decent 4 star hotel. Plus point about this hotel is its centralised location. The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and I could hear people talking laughing from the other room and corridors which may be disturbing at times.

Booking service is great. I have been booking hotels in Thailand through Sawadee.com for more than 10 years. Service is fantastic and rates are the best for Thailand hotels

Очень неплохой отель: чисто, красиво, вежливый и бодрый персонал. Месторасположение супер - 50 метров до Биг С , торговые центры, скайтрейн и речные трамваи в пределах пешей доступности. Через дорогу хорошая площадь с фонтаном - здорово погулять вечером.
Из минусов - самый центр, поэтому пробки на дороге с утра до вечера.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Nice breakfast and good location. We changed rooms due to the shopping mall next door which plays load music. The room furniture was worn and wall paper in areas worn, soiled as well. Staff was accommodating but not overly friendly. I would stay again.

Very convenient to various major shopping centres. Near BTS and ease of transportation available to typical places of interest.
Lovely and courteous staff services within the hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel location is great if you don t mind the traffic congestion. The counter staff that attended to me when I checked I n to the hotel wasn t friendly at all, in fact she was full of sarcasm. Not sure whether it was the time of the month again for her though!

Not a good experience. Phone information was incomplete and the sign in room only mentioned 10 baht for local calls. My phone bill was over $25 which is ridiculous and I was charged for a broken glass for over US$2. Unbelievable. Although a good location I will never stay at Arnoma again

Facilities are a bit old but it s ok to stay. We met with a very nice house-keeping guy, but also met with one doorman with bad manner. Anyway, most of the staffs are good and willing to help the guests. Very nice location, just at the opposit side of Central World Shopping Mall; Only 10 minutes to Siam Paragon/Siam Discovery/Siam Centers; 5-10 minutes to BTS and SKY TRAIN station. 5 minutes to the ERAWAN on feet. Will reconsider to choose this hotel mext time due to its convenient location.

I will not want to stay in Arnoma anymore. I have problem hiring a taxi from and along the hotel. They refuse to turn on their meter at any time of the day. I do not have this problem when I stayed at Asia, Patuwan Princess and Samran Place. Maybe there is one driver out of 10 refuse to turn on meter but at Arnoma I can say is 9 out of 10 drivers refuse to turn on meter.

This is 3rd time we returned to this hotel. We love this hotel because Big-C (Hypermarket)is next to it, but this round Big-C is under renovation. Too bad. The in house TV channels need to upgrade to have more channels (especially Chinese channel) as I can see plenty of Chinese visitors staying in this hotel. Good location, super nice buffet breakfast. I will go back again after Big-C back for business.
