อาหารเช้าไม่ควรจะคิดเงินกับเด็กที่อายุไม่เกิน10ขวบโรงแรมมีความเคี่ยวเกินไปเนื่องจากเด็กจะกินอาหารไม่มากแล้วลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่จะพาลูกหลานไปเที่ยว ในการไปครั้งนี้ทำให้คนที่มาครั้งแรกรู้สึกไม่ประทับใจและคิดว่าคงไม่หวนกลับไปที่นี่อีก แล้วพนักงานก็คอยจ้องลูกค้าที่ไม่มีคูปองโดยลูกค้าได้พาเด็กประมาณ5-9ขวบมาทานเด็กทานเพียงเล็กน้อยแต่พอผู้ใหญ่ช่วยเด็กทานปุ๊บก็มาบอกว่าต้องจ่ายตังค์มันเกินไปทั้งๆที่พักคืนล่ะ5850 เด็กจะเยอะกว่าผู้ใหญ่แต่เป็นเด็กเล็ก อาหารที่เหลือคุณก็ทิ้งโปรดอย่าเคี่ยวคุณรวยได้ก็เพราะลูกค้าอาหารเพียงเล็กน้อยอย่าคิดมาก พักครั้งนี้กับทางโรงแรมคุณก็ประมาณเกืบ50000 แต่พนักงานคุณพูดจาก็ไม่ดี แถมเคี่ยวเรื่องอาหารเช้าอีกมันงกไปไหมค่ะ

Lovely hotel.Our garden room was a good size and very clean. Very pretty resort with a nice large pool and good restaurant.Very friendly, helpful and sweet staff. The location was very quiet in August which really suited us. Most people who stayed in the area were Thai which was great - the area is still fairly undeveloped and I hope it stays that way.

A fine resort for the very reasonable price. The area is very quiet and the options limited, but for a short getaway trip it is very recommendable. The temple at the top of the nearby hill is absolutely worth a visit.

I ve booked through sawadee.com many times and the booking have always been reliable. The booking and payment process is however cumbersome, and could be much improved.

Was allocated a Twin room and not a double as requested. How could this happen, when the hotel had at best, 30% occupancy for the entire time we were their? Decided to stay in the room for duration of 10 day stay. Room is spacious with a large bathroom and outdoor shower. Beds firm and comfortable. Aircon is very good. Mini fridge was effective. Decent wifi reception in room which was great. Had problem with rowdy neighbors on first night which I eventually had to get out of bed at 11.30 PM to walk to reception to try and get the person on duty to attend to as NO English is spoken so he couldn t understand my initial polite request on the internal phone. Only 1 member of the staff could speak relatively decent English. Breakfasts were average, but sufficient food on offer. Swimming pool is great, but only 14 sunbeds on offer (for 100+ guests when full) resulting in the usual scramble from European guests to book their sunbeds with their towels. Beach is quite good, relatively clean by Thai standards and sunbeds and umbrellas for use by hotel guests. Water is murky though and no chance of viewing any fish life even 400 meters out. Hotel meals and drinks prices as usual, not at all good value, but there are 6 restaurants within 7 minutes walking distance. Overall though, would still recommend the hotel and resort as it offers good value for money if you use the alternate dining options.

Ban Grood Arcadia is a great place if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. The entire Ban Grood beach is very empty. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay very pleasant.
Great swimming pool - one of the best we saw. Free use of bikes provided by hotel.Ban Krud is not a place for clubbers.We recommend the visit of the beautiful temple Thong Chai.

a very nice place to relax with family and enjoy your holidays! Quiet hotel and friendly staff. free bicycles if you want to go out of the hotel. We came by bus from bangkok, so don t forget to ask for a pick-up when you book this hotel, coz in bankrut there is no taxi!
