I only stayed at this hotel for one night because of my flight arrangements. I would not choose this hotel for any longer period of stay in BKK. It is situated in a narrow soi, with almost no room for walking. So watch out for traffic.

The staff is friendly and provide good servic.Room is spacious,clean and cozy.That s why this is my 3rd time staying.Cleanliness is important to me. However,this time. the cleaning service was not as thorough and water stain left on the table was not wiped clean.Strands of long hairs (not mine since I hv short hair) were found on toilet floor on 2nd day and still there when I checked out 3 days later. Also, there were drilling & cutting noise from the next building(at about 8-10pm on Fri and Sat) and this was quite annoying. Overall I will still stay there as I like the smallness of the hotel, the quietness and privacy it offers, the spacious and clean room and helpful staff.

room comfortable and big enough, got Wifi included, but just one chair and small table. The aircondition is a bit loud when in the bathroom, otherwise a quiet place close to a centre of nightlife. For breakfast you have to look in the hotel vicinity. Recommendable, no complaints.

We arrived on 20111020 around 10.30am. The hotel is kinda difficult to find at first but after that, no problem. It is located between Saladeng and Chong nonsi BTS. However, it requires some walking. I would say 5 - 10 mins, depending on how fast you walk.

The reception was ready with my booking document. It’s Kinda efficient as many reviewers mentioned that they have to wait for the reception to search for their booking. Left my luggage at the counter and went off. Check in time is 2 pm.

The hotel is well located, I would say, as the local market and 7-11 are just 1 min walk away. If you don’t mind trying local food, do visit their market and try some of the food offer there. However, it is only opened from Monday to Friday.

Regarding hotel room, it is exceptional clean and spacious. The cleaners come to clean your room and change the towels everyday. Thus, you might want to keep your valuable things in the safety box. Bathroom is clean. The only minus point is that you have to wait for some time before the water turns hot.

I, personally, would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay in town and yet not wanting to pay too much for the accommodation.

Really value for money. At SGD$40/night, this is perhaps one of the best hotel u can get in bangkok. So cosy is the room and so friendly are the staff that u really feel at home.
Location: At the heart of business district (Silom). 5mins walk to Sala Daeng BTS which basically brings u to anywhere in bangkok.
Dining: Cheap nice food is abundance esp. during weekdays, just outside the hotel on the left.
The hotel now has an english speaking staff at the frontdesk at night who attended to all my queries throughout my 4nights stay.
Just alittle note, on the last night, we noticed a couple of roaches roaming at the lobby. Hope the management cna do something about it. Other than that, no issue and baan silom soi 3 will definitely be on the top of my list the next time i visit bangkok

Room was really clean and spacious. Even after adding an extra bed, there s still room to walk comfortably. Large bathroom+dressing area which is good for keeping luggage. Free wifi is available on every floor but signal was weak sometimes and on our last night, there wasnt any signal at all on our floor. So had to get down to the ground floor for connection. There were many mosquitoes at the front porch of the hotel, otherwise it offers a nice surrounding to chill out. Staffs were friendly and polite. There s a lady (whom I believe is the owner)who always had a ready smile was very helpful when we needed to make a call and asked for directions. Though it s not located at the doorstep of BTS station, the walking distance was ok as there were a lot to see in between.

As usual, I checked in at ease and I got a good room since all the room I have stayed so far are good. The manager is very helpful, after I check-in and when I wanted to go for my dinner, it rained. The manager immediately passed me an umbrella. Although it is a small gesture but it is indeed very touching.

My stay at this hotel is so worth more than the money I paid for it. I got the discounted rate, and it was very cheap. The hotel was very clean and cozy to stay and the location was so perfect in the center of all you need, from night life till shopping. You can go to the nearest BTS in just a view minutes away. Don t forget to try the local food stall, it was great and cheap. I will surely come back for more.

The service remain excellent. I was about to book a cab to the airport but it started raining heavily. The manager managed to get a cab and he helped me all the way to the taxi with the umbrella covering me while he got wet! The luggage was handled well by the bellman (not bellboy since he is middle age man).

What a find ... Room Is large and spotlessly clean everything works and air conditioning is perfect and quiet. Location couldn t be better 5 minutes to night Market and Sala Daeng. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Have visited Thailand many times just wish I had discovered this place earlier.

Everything about this little place was great. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff here were also very welcoming. The lady on reception always had a big smile Nd seemed genuinely pleased to greet the guests.
The location is less than 5 minutes to Sala Darng and the night Market. For the price you would be very hard pushed to find better. Mr Philip is unhand and speaks fluent English.
My only regret is that I did not find this place years ago and with this in mind I look forward to my next visit without any hesitation

The staff was first rate. Everyone had a smile on their face and was willing to help out in any way possible. The room is about medium in size and the king size bed was a little firm. Everything worked in the bedroom. Cold A/C, cold refridgerator, hot and clean shower. The hotel is off the main road about 30 meters, which is perfect since the main road is quite noisy. My room did not have a veiw, but that does not bother me. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. The morning staff (Mr. Phil) is very helpful and friendly, while the evening one is hardly able to speak English. For the first timer, finding and getting to the hotel by train might be difficult. Though, the hotel doesn't provide any breakfast, buying food and fruit won't be a problem. It is easy to get.
