the tranquil, fresh water canal that meanders through the property.

The tropical ambience is enhanced by a spacious living and dinning
room, cozy bedrooms, western style kitchen and tastefully decorated
bathrooms. The relaxing clubhouse by the beach is a natural hub for
this seaside resort and boasts a 35 meter swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pool
bar and sauna.

36 villas; each consists of 1 - 3 bedrooms, separated
bathrooms, a large outdoor terrace with a swing, living area, western
style kitchen and dinning area.

Sand Villa 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom
1-2 bedroom villa with a truly a free-flowing
plan. The dining room, living room and kitchen share a common space,
with no walls separating them. The master bedroom has a large compartmented
bath and shower area with a free-standing bathtub and a separate shower.
Every Sand Villas let you enjoy the sun rising out of the sea every
morning from the front porch.
 
Canal Villa 2 Bedroom
2 bedroom villa boasts a picturesque view of the natural
freshwater canal. The interior centers on the open living-area split
into a living room, dinning room and kitchen, large enough for your
family gatherings. The comfortably sized master bedroom provides a soaking
tub and separate shower.
 
Sea Villa 2 Bedroom
2 bedroom villa with a large and open planning of the
living area. The master bedroom is equipped with comfortable size bathroom
with private free-standing bathtub and separate shower. Some of the
Sea Villas enjoy a wind angle view of the ocean from the L-shaped porch
while some of them still have a great view of the ocean thanks to the
wide access road leading all the way down to the sea.
 
Breeze Villa 3 Bedroom
3 bedroom villa located directly on the beach with a spacious L-shaped deck with a private Jacuzzi which provides
breathtaking ocean view.

Directions

Driving directions:
From Bangkok, take Petchakasem Road (National Highway 4) to kilometer
marker 348.6 and there will be a sign for Baan Nongpailom. Then, turn
left and take Baan Nongpailom - Wat Samuttaram Road about 2.5 kilometers.
NishaVille and Sea Breeze Restaurant are on the left side near Samuttaram
Temple. It usually takes 3 hours and a half from Bangkok to NishaVille.

Airlines:
Hua-Hin
Air Shuttle (SGA) operates scheduled flight daily from Suvarnabhumi
International Airport to Hua-Hin, which takes just 50 minutes. From
Hua-Hin Airport, it just takes one hour and a half drive by NishaVille
private car or taxi.

Train:
Take the train from Hua Lam Pong Railway Station to the final station of Prachuap Khiri
Khan (Down Town). It usually takes 5 hours and the journey is scenic.
From the station, takes another 20 minutes by NishaVille private car.
